For the 2022 Boston-based Latin American Music Festival, a new composition by renowned Cuban composer Leo Brouwer served as the focal point. I was given five pages of Brouwer’s handwritten manuscript and tasked with translating them into a visual identity spanning print and merchandise. The design draws directly from the expressive, rhythmic character of his handwriting and annotations—crafting an identity that feels both personal and musical.
